Absolutely Amazing Service
From the initial phone call to the finished repaired inverter, I have to say that Sterling have been fantastic.
My boat maintenance guy was quoting me £1500 for a new inverter, but Owen at Sterling rebuilt my inverter at a total cost of £366 inc VAT. Highly recommend.

Quality and after sales service superb
After 10 years of excellent service from my battery to battery charger I messed it up when I was working on my camper van. I contacted Stirling Power and they said to send it in and we will have a look.
Owen contacted me promptly and said its all fixed for you. I was amazed and just so pleased. He told me the cost of the repair which was very reasonable to say the least. It was sent back to me very quickly. From me sending it to recieving it back was just 6 days.
Stirling Power Products Ltd are truly an excellent company to deal with both for quality products and are second to none regarding after sales service.

What a refreshing company
What a refreshing company. The 4yr old split charger on our camper had stopped working. Before replacing I rang Sterling's tech support. They talked me through a factory reset to no avail. They said to send the unit to them & they'd have a look no problem even though it wasn't in warranty. I sent the unit on Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning I had an email saying it was a blown capacitor & it had been replaced. 9am Wednesday morning I got the item back by DPD next day. NO CHARGE!!!! In this day & age totally blown away by their service. £200 saved !!!!

The alternator on my boat, which was controlled by a Sterling Power Pro Reg BW Regulator suffered a dramatic failure when the water pump seal failed. When I connected the regulator to the new alternator, it failed to charge. Being a sealed unit I had no alternative to send it to Sterling Power to be checked out.
The regulator was sent on Tuesday lunchtime, at 10:00 on Wednesday I received a phone call from Sterling Power informing me that there was a small issue that they had dealt with and the Regulator would be returned to me, free of charge. It’s 11:00 on Thursday and the repaired regulator is sitting in front of me.
Outstanding service you guys at Sterling Power. Thank you so much

I’ve had there products for quite a few…
I’ve had there products for quite a few years on a no of boats I’ve had
I recently had a problem in that I lost a few accessories
In exchanging a pro combi inverter over to a new boat
I contacted sterling power to see if they could help even thou the bit of equipment was now discontinued
To my amazement they sorted me out from one phone call and deliverred next day
I can not fault there products
I can not fault there customer relations
