Utterly useless

Utterly useless. They’ll do anything to get your details then ticket presales they have previously advertised will disappear without any explanation. They will then ignore any attempt by you to enquire as to why. Tantamount to fraud I’d say.

Avoid in any way you can.

In this case it appears we investigated and answered your question over email - the artist postponed the onsale, therefore seller links were removed from our site while dates were being re-confirmed.

I have bought tickets on Coldplay 1…

I have bought tickets on Coldplay 1 year ago, I lost them and they were not able to send me new tickets on cold play.

No tickets to even sell !!!

I was on the waiting highlight list for the Mickey Flanagan tickets. The day they were on sale the option to buy tickets were never even available as a option and I was on there for 2 hours to buy 2 tickets. On only 2 occasions in 3 hours did it give me a option to buy and it would not increase the tickets from 1 to 2. Appalling site ! I was buying tickets for myself and daughter who’s battling cancer as a treat for her ! I understand you have to fight your que position but it’s seems there was not even a que and tickets were not even a option. I will never take this sites notifications as a real highlight. I’m disgusted !

These shows were warm-up shows, only a very limited number of tickets were available with an incredible demand ensuring tickets sold out in seconds. We are sorry, despite your efforts, you missed out on tickets but we hope you managed to see Micky on one of his arena shows!

Discovered by chance, what a find

I have only recently discovered this as a place to compare ticket availability. This lists in order from low to high price the availability of tickets from agents. Often you click on the link to find that the actual price is £50 plus more than the price stated. I have been impressed that the price listed on stereoboard.com was the actual price when I was diverted to seller. This indicates that as a company they are professional and thorough and work hard to keep detail accurate for customers. I respect this in a business. Also, diverts to sellers were swift and functionally perfect in taking you to exactly where you needed to be without having to navigate the sellers pages. Very impressed
