Hello, I have ordered an item from this company and I didn't received it! I have contacted the company and they said the product was delivered but I didn't get the parcel! I have asked for my money back and they didn't respond to my messages, they blocked me! This happen few weeks ago and still didn't get my parcel or my money back!

Have lost the best part of £90 to these scammers. got an email a week ago a day after their stated end of delivery window. The email stated that the order has shipped, which was backed up by their tracker,However when I called their phone number after waiting a week for it to arrive, the number turned out to be the London school of economics,,,scammed.

Sterback (Elsatek) - BEWARE complete scam
BEWARE complete scam. I never got anything from them. I tracked my delivery and it said delivered - it was not. No answer to my emails over the weeks. Disgusting thieves. I am reporting them to the police and putting a chargeback through as they are using hoax tracking to pretend they deliver. Oh and the phone number they give put me through to the London School of Economics!!!
