Bought on Wednesday with the most expensive Express option - still no shipping until Friday evening… No idea what their warehouse is doing but that’s not acceptable
High-quality shirts & A1 customer service!
I am a very happy customer so far. I needed a nice dress for my daughter's wedding and found the Edvina dress on Stenströms site, on sale no less.
Stenströms didn't have my size so I ordered it a size smaller than I usually take. Of course, the size I ordered didn’t fit. I knew I couldn't exchange the dress (only return it) so I asked if I could re-order a larger dress at the sale price, as the sale had ended. Stenströms graciously gave me a discount code to use. Thank you!
The quality and tailoring were excellent. Delivery was very fast as well. Regarding the return, it went smoothly. I sent it out on Friday, Stenströms got it on Monday morning, and on Monday afternoon Klarna sent an email saying I should get my refund in full in 7 days*. I had carefully repacked the dress in its original plastic to ensure no issues would arise. The dress I ordered on Friday in a larger size was sent today, Monday, and should arrive tomorrow.
*Update: refund credited to my card on Tuesday, the day after Stenströms got my return.

I have recently bought two shirts at the full price, I then discover the day after I had bought them, that they have put a significant discount on those two shirts. I E-Mail the customer service to ask nicely for the discount and they snobbishly reply that I have to return the shirts to get the discount which seems kind of unintuitive and a lot of extra work.
If the customer service had been good then I would've simply gotten the discount and I would not have to write a complaint on their Trustpilot.
They also claim that they respect their customers and the environment which is a straight-up lie.
I will most certainly not buy from Stenström again with their snobbish and arrogant customer service...
