Bad service, lies from the customer service, and products still not received
It says delivery on the next day, it's a week I'm waiting and still have no information. On Friday I was told 2 lies! 1 - if they didn't hear back from their logistics partner they would have shipped a new product so that I'd get it on Saturday. 2 - they would have let me know by the end of the day about the decision taken.
Well, the new product has not been shipped nor of course I heard back from anyone on Friday!
Very disappointing service. I know there could be issues sometimes and it was not a problem to wait a couple of days more if something went wrong, but lies and one week and counting and they still have no idea what's going on and what to do it's ridiculous!

I was hesitant in the beginning because…
I was hesitant in the beginning because never heard of Stengo and because I had the worst customer service ever at Bol.com..., but I decided to place my almost 600 euros order with Stengo..In return, I have top notch communication. Price accuracy and delivery as promised. I am very satisfy with this company and the products and service they sell...Thank you Stengo... Good bye Bol.com
