Outstanding customer service
My order arrived promptly and the stencil product worked out great. However, there was an issue with the packaging that caused a minor inconvenience. I took pictures and pointed it out to customer service, just to help them avoid that problem going forward. I didn't ask for any compensation. Alison took it upon herself to credit me back a generous portion of the order and thanked me for bringing the problem to their attention. That's great customer service!

So Good I Ordered Again!
I have purchased stencils from Stencil Ease twice now in as many months. Two were just text in my choice of size and font; and the other was a custom design that I sent via jpeg with a limited time crunch. I was pleased with both orders. The product quality as well as ease of ordering. Communication was good on both orders...I would definitely recommend this company.

Best service across all categories
Best service across all categories. I've been in business 40 years and I would put them in the number one spot. They went way beyond what was asked and even called me back hours after they were closed to make sure they were able to get our order out in time. Great product too.

Great quality
Great quality, both of the material and the cutting. I ordered two just in case, but one would easily last through even heavy usage. The adhesive is a little too light if you want to use it on a curved surface (in my case a bicycle frame), so you have to figure out ways to keep the smaller parts of the stencil down for the painting.

Good quality product
The website was easier and more intuitive than other sites I visited, so that I could easily manipulate several different fonts and letter sizes. I ended up with a very attractive stencil which was the perfect size for our project.
