Same as others, no item ever received. Didn't answer emails. Silly App that supposedly for tracker order didn't hold any information. I claimed the payment back through my bank. Avoid.

Similar to others, wish I’d checked reviews before. Ordered item over a month ago and still no sign of it. The first time I chased, an email immediately was sent saying it had shipped, later I’ve received what is supposed to be a Royal Mail tracking item which Royal Mail doesn’t recognise which at best is misleading and I’m not hopeful of the item arriving. No reply to recent emails either. Appalling service and not received item despite promise of quick delivery.

Absolutely shocking service from this inexperienced company.
No responsibility taken for customer care. They take a long time to answer questions relating to where the goods are shipped from. Extremely suspicious behaviour. Unprofessional replies and average items for sale. I will never use them again. Poor workmanship. I wish I could give minus stars.

Same as previous reviewers… just wish I’d checked trustpilot before, but I guessed they were a reputable business. 3 weeks waiting only to find coming from China. The lamp is faulty so emailed for a refund. Not heard back, will try claiming via my bank.

I made the mistake or ordering a lamp from this company, which took almost 3 weeks to arrive - there was no communication or replies from their supposed "exceptional service". Turns out it was from China and did not match the original description and post on the stem and sill website. I did some further digging, and the "store" does not exist. The company itself on Companies House' "director" is a student based in UAE. I'll be reporting this upwards, but don't get caught out like we did (there are several similar websites that look identical)

Ordered a Crow Lamp from this company which seems like a reputable home-ware store. I was expecting delivery within a week, as it's a UK company... but after 7 days there was no order update so I emailed them... but received no response. I checked the tracking on the Shop app and the item still hadn't shipped from the manufacturer in China. After 2 weeks the item arrived and was not the piece shown on the website but something much lower quality. On checking out the company's address on Google maps it looks like an office block for hire, rather than a store or warehouse. My guess is that the site is generated by an AI and they are just ordering junk from Temu then charging a mark-up for gullible folks like myself. Avoid!
