You sent the wrong colored item, and only one when I paid for two. This was needed quickly for my daughter's end of year ballet performance and color was important. I reached out twice trying to get it resolved but never heard back. I was lucky that I could still get the item in time from a larger online dance store.

Such beautiful packaging of such special ballet clothes! My three year old granddaughter will be enchanted on Christmas morning !

Poor customer service. No one available to respond to emails. I dug up a phone number to call and no one returned the call. I made a purchase on behalf of my business and when the shipping label was created, the name of the business was left off and therefore the package could not be delivered. It's in the process of being returned to Stelleworld. I reached out again, after I realized this, and still no one has gotten in touch with me.

I LOVE Stelle! This is such a great company, based out of San Francisco. I purchased some things for my daughter from their Amazon store, and we loved the products. I honestly thought they were going to be cheaply made because of the low price, but I was seriously mistaken. They are high quality products at a low price which makes them a great value. My second purchase from them, I went right to their website to order. They were so fast, my order was shipped out that same day, and I received it just a few days later. There was a mistake made, and I received the wrong size, so I emailed them and they promptly responded within an hour or two. They were so understanding and easy to deal with, they had a replacement sent out that very same day! I will always order from Stelle, they are amazing!
