Stella’s Ice Cream! Wow!
Stella’s Ice Cream in Eagle is the best! The place has such a fun, welcoming vibe, and the staff are always super friendly and patient while you try to decide (which isn’t easy because every flavor looks amazing).
The ice cream is creamy, rich, and full of flavor — you can really tell it’s made with quality ingredients. They always have seasonal flavors, but the classics like Cookies & Cream or strawberry are always spot on. Their waffle cones are fresh and smell incredible too.
It’s just one of those places that makes you smile the second you walk in. Great for families, date night, or just treating yourself. The Eagle location is always clean, bright, and never disappoints.
If you haven’t been to Stella’s yet, go — you’ll totally get why everyone loves it.

Wedding reception ice cream was a hit!
Bought 3 tubs of amazing ice cream (love their flavors) for our daughter’s wedding reception. Rented the coolers and scoops. Was the biggest hit of the reception! Easy to work with and delivered everything just as they promised. Would happily do this again. Thank you for a great experience!

Stella's ice cream is always delicious! I look forward to the tasty, creative monthly flavors along with the tried and true regulars like All Nighter, which is my favorite. The location in Caldwell is neat and clean and the staff is friendly. Stella's is a favorite place for us.
