The printer was very poorly secured inside the box and was moving around freely during shipping. The packaging didn’t hold it in place at all, which could have easily caused serious damage. Luckily, nothing major happened and the printer seems to work fine, but the packaging definitely needs improvement.

I shop from stekkerstore many times, and will do in the future for more. They are fast, responsive , and inventory is good and not full of irrelevant stuff. i personally check what is in periodically, and usually i find things that i need and with a very good price.

Amazing experience,
I ordered a coffee machine which looks and works great, however there was a tube missing from the milk system.
Upon contacting the store I learned they unfortunately could not find it on their premises.
It was suggested to order it as a spare part and they would refund.
I did indeed order the tube elsewhere and they reimbursed me that expense. I did not expect that and was pleasantly surprised.

You only deserve 0 🌟 i ordered a laptop last week. Of which the only thing I see is are the emails for delivery!! There is one wiered guy who's best answer is send an email...until now he has never listened to anything I said

Ordered headphones, the left earbud is scratchy and the sound quality in both are terrible, the noise cancelling does not work at all.

I love Stekkerstore! I ordered three products in total and had no problems at all with two of them; they exceeded my expectations. One of the products, a smartwatch, was missing its charger, but they compensated for it super quickly. I’d definitely purchase from them again if I need anything!

I ordered a blue ray player that was delivered without the remote control. I was offered to return it and got refunded. Good customer care. This review comes as a suggestion to mention missing parts in the products' description.
