They listed a product on their website and then cancelled my order, saying it was out of stock. However, this product is still listed on the website as in stock. What gives?

They advertise complimentary "FedEx Air 2-day" delivery but it has been a week since I placed my order. So far, no update on when it is estimated to ship and/or arrive which is more concerning. I even received this review invite email before the shipment information. The invite to review also notes: "you may have received this review invitation before the arrival of your package or service. In this case, you are welcome to wait with writing your review until your package or service arrives." I suppose this is a common occurrence. I genuinely wish I had known this before ordering.

It was a really good experience overall

The ring is the best ring I could buy. It’s beautiful like I wanted. For the price it’s a big deal.

I purchased a lab-created diamond earring from Stefano Navi and am very pleased with the quality of the diamond and the setting. I wanted the diamond in a different setting and as a courtesy they put the diamond in a martini setting for me at no additional charge. I also found a 20% discount coupon on the Internet, which they honored, making the purchase far less expensive than anything else I could find on the Internet.

I will provide one caution. They can be difficult to get on the phone and their web chat function did not work for me. I ended up communicating with them by texting their phone number. Communications were slow at times, but I'm a patient person and was willing to tolerate the delays in order to get a great deal on a beautiful diamond earring. I would definitely buy from them again.

Free gift and free shipping, good customer service

I placed an order over a week ago and have not yet received notice that it was shipped. Also, I received a 10% discount email on your "first purchase" AFTER I had already placed my "first" order. I attempted to contact them to follow up on the order and request he discount be applied. The phone number does not work, I emailed TWO different email addresses to which I received no response, and I attempted to use the "chat now" function which ironically states "we reply immediately" to which I received NO response. Cancelled my order.

Jewelry was shipped as promised. Quality was good and discount was applied fairly.

Earring was not in correct setting. Came in a smaller carat total weight than what I ordered. I tried to call to set up a return and they fail to get back on multiple calls. Would stay away from this company unless you want your money wasted.

Quality merchandise, great service.

I purchased a lab diamond tennis bracelet from Stefano Navi and the quality is excellent. The diamonds are extremely sparkly and the bracelet is well-made. It was also more competitively priced than another big name online retailer I was considering buying from. I took my bracelet in to my local jeweler to have it sized for my tiny wrist and even she remarked that it was a fine piece. She used a diamond tester in front of me and the stones all tested as diamond.

Customer service was also very helpful and responsive. They answered my questions and let me know when the bracelet was being made and when it was being shipped out. The bracelet arrived with no issues and came with some lovely package. I will definitely purchase from Stefano Navi again.
