Items were delivered on date agreed including last minute addition to order that I had forgotten to order. Staff were really helpful and handed additional parts to driver at no extra charge.

Excellent service from Accord
Excellent service from Accord. Very helpful on the phone and communication throughout the whole process is first rate. I am a DIY customer but was made to feel as important as a major contractor, and nothing was too much trouble. The whole package for my garden building is made to measure with everything included. Excellent.

Having placed an order on the 16th of…
Having placed an order on the 16th of July 2021 and following several emails I was then informed via email on the 24th September that my delivery is 3-5 days away....but nothing arrived. I had to chase them again today to then be advised that my delivery will arrive this week. Do not order from this company they are not credible at all.

Apologies for such a late reply we have only just been informed about your review. After raising an investigation into your review we have looked into your activity with us and found two orders. One was for curved sheets and a later order for an eaves flashing. When your order was placed we informed you that the material you wanted was out of stock and subject to a 12 to 15 week approx lead time (with additional notes stating that this may be slightly extended as we still had no firm date for the replenishment of the raw material) We offered alternative colours on a shorter lead time but were told you needed the slate blue colour and were happy to wait. We delivered the goods on Wednesday the 3rd November 2021 (just under 16 weeks from initial date) This delivery was pre booked via a phone call and a follow up email sent on the 1st November.
I tried to call you to discuss the discrepency in dates this morning to which you replied you were talking about another order for box profile cladding. I have searched our system and we have only received orders for curved corrugated sheets and eaves flashings from yourself. I believe that you may have ordered the box profile cladding from another company and as such should have left this review for that company. If you can provide any further details of the order from us for the box profile sheets please contact us with the details so that we can investigate further.
