Ghosted with a structure I can’t use…
I’m so disappointed to have to write this review as I’ve been extremely patient and understanding, but it seems I’ve just been taken advantage of and ultimately left with an unfinished structure that I don’t know what to do with. I’ve basically been ghosted.
I had a large garden room built and constructed at the start of the year and there were some issues left to resolve. Ceiling panels were taken to another job by mistake and a window was manufactured the wrong way round. When I have managed to speak to Sam, the owner of the company, I’ve been told everything will be resolved and have been given multiple dates. No one ever turns up even though I make personal arrangements to be at home etc and now I can’t get any correspondence at all from the company. I have scaffolders and roofers lined up who I keep having to cancel and am left with a structure that I genuinely don’t know what to do with.
I have paid for the structure and installation already as it seemed it was all getting completed while they were here. In the absence of any communication I’m resorting to leaving this review.
I’ve posted this review on google with images of the correspondence showing how patient I’ve been and the promises of resolution.
