As for the luggage itself-

I own several collections from SteamLine luggage- , and I can honestly say each collection is absolutely beautiful in its own way. The vintage design is what drew me in right away—it really stands out and has that old-school travel charm- it feels timeless, elegant, and unlike anything else you see while traveling.

What I love most is how every piece stands out. No matter which collection I’m using, it always catches people’s attention. I’ve had so many moments where fellow travelers stop to compliment it or ask where it’s from, which just adds to the fun of traveling with it. The hat boxes and vanity cases add so much to the collection and to the whole vintage look.
Beyond the aesthetics, the details are so thoughtfully done. The straps are a favorite feature of mine—they fit perfectly and hook into the wheeled luggage so effortlessly, making everything feel cohesive and easy to transport. The luggage covers fit perfectly and match the lining of the suitcase pieces.
Overall, SteamLine has created something truly unique. Each collection feels like a blend of classic travel glamour and modern convenience, and I love having pieces that make every trip feel wonderful.

I've purchased several Steamline luggage pieces - both for traveling and some to hold my dearest treasures at home. They are excellent to carry while traveling - have you ever been burned by a broken zipper on luggage? Steamline solves that problem - no zippers to fight with! At home, they lovingly hold my most treasured items in a beautiful way.

The Steamline Luggage is truly beautiful, with a stylish, elegant design that stands out. I was, however, a bit disappointed to notice that not all hardware on the gold/brass-accented pieces matched—the hinges were a different color, which slightly detracted from the premium look. The return process was also a bit challenging, as communication with customer service could have been smoother and more responsive. While the luggage’s aesthetic is a highlight, I hope Steamline can address the hardware consistency and improve customer support to match the brand’s high-end appeal.

I've been traveling around the world with my Steamline Architect collection for 10 months now and I couldn't be happier with my investment. Whether I am in the Caribbean, Croatia or anywhere in between I am always getting compliments on every piece. While it is indeed gorgeous, the luggage itself is an absolute game changer when it comes to traveling. From the interior compartments to add ons such as the packing cubes and cosmetic cases, packing and staying organized is an absolute breeze.

The customer service department is excellent and they really do stand behind their products 100%. I am thrilled to be a part of the Steamline family.

I thought long and hard about whether to buy one of these beautiful cases, as the prices are relatively high. I also had a few questions in advance about the products, their availability and delivery. All my questions were answered courteously, quickly and very helpfully by customer service, so that I then ordered my Diplomat Carryon in cream. It is just as beautiful as in the photos and I can hardly wait to take it on its first journey. As soon as the matching hat box is available, I will also buy it.
