I havent received the Toji artwork its been alot longer than 48hrs. I have checked mail and junk nothing.

It's been 72 hours and I still haven't received my product. I even contacted support through the website, 42 hours later still no reply. I've checked, spam, all mail, trash, etc every single category, and not one email. I went back to the original checkout link and all it says is "Thank you. Your order has been received." but I don't see my order details bc I have to confirm my email but when I try to confirm it, it says "We were unable to verify the email address you provided. Please try again.". I didn't even type my email in, I pasted it so it's unlikely I pasted the wrong email

ordered an artwork on the 16th in the morning and still haven't received anything, no reply from the seller. No add back on any socials, wouldn't recommend this seller if you are wanting a quick artwork or anything professional, willing to update my review if a answer is given by the seller
