I watched the evolution of this and it is on the up and up. I have completed 8 classes and I am 2 classes away from my BA all thanks to this. You have saved me so much time and energy on paper writing i am able to enjoy my family. Thing i would improve are the unnecessary * or other random characters.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, the worst tool, poor English and poor grammar, a complete waste of money.
Trying to cancel the subscription is a nightmare, and there is nowhere to delete my account. Ensure you block the payments when you cancel your subscription; otherwise, they keep taking payments.

I had a subscription with them of one…

I had a subscription with them of one year which I have used at the beginning but stopped using it after a while and forgot about it. After one year the subscription renew itself without me wanting to continue so I contacted them to let them know about the situation. everything went smooth and fast. I got refunded and I am happy with the customer service

Took $6000 from my bank account

Took $6000 from my bank account.

Tried the tool for a few days, the dev seemed helpful, and the output was good. Two days in they withdrew $6000 from my account due to a coding error.

Although all of the cash was refunded. The dev was rude and entitled throughout the process, bitter taste to an otherwise promising experience.

I'm also still out of pocket $100 due to currency exchange. Dev just told me to speak to my bank and complained about how much they lost due to their mistake.

I cancelled my plan for Jan-2025 but…

I cancelled my plan for Jan-2025 but somehow I still got charged for it. When that happened, I contacted the customer support and their response was quick. They sent me the refund from and I filled it out. Within 3 days I received my money although they did warn it could take 5-10 business days. Honestly the support team were amazing and didn’t try over complicate procedures. They went straight to the point and answer all my questions clearly and with details. I wish the best to the support team and may they succeed even more in the future .
