Low quality, just buy a prefab from any big box store.
I regret not buying a prefab shed from Home Depot. They cost less and, in my experience, would likely have been of higher quality.
I hired this contractor to build a basic 8x8 shed. Initially, he was friendly and easy to work with, but the quality of the construction quickly fell short of what was promised.
The issues included an unfinished plywood floor with daylight visible through gaps, severely out-of-plumb framing joints, a roof with a 3-inch gap at the ridge, roofing shingles that were not installed according to manufacturer specifications, only four support blocks, wooden joists in direct contact with the ground, an undersized door, and a warped OSB door panel that does not close flush.
Overall, the craftsmanship was visibly poor throughout the project.
The contractor was also a no-show for two scheduled visits.
Several defects were verbally acknowledged, and I was promised they would be corrected. However, those repairs were later presented as separate change orders, which I refused to accept.
In the end, no repairs were made. Instead, the contractor agreed to provide a discount to compensate for the various defects.
I am now left with a shed that I am not happy with.
