Terrible, Terrible service.
I have been with SteadyPay for years and never had an issue. I was offered a £50 early top up advance which I accepted last Friday 20th March, these are usually paid the same day or next but I still have not received the funds and its now been almost a week even though it shows in my top history that the funds were "released on the 20th" - Apparently not!! I am happy to provide bank statements to show I still have not received a thing.
I have tried to reach out to customer services multiple times but never get a response (Its been over 48 hours and not even an acknowledgement) from customer support.
I will be cancelling my account as soon as possible and seeking legal advice as I feel SO let down by this awful company and appalling service - Quite frankly as a customer who has been with you for years, I deserve a heck of a lot better.
Do better, sort it out and work on your customer service. AI is a problem, not a fix.
Jack.
31/3 - I've now heard from customer service and the issue has been resolved. Review amended to reflect this. Thanks for the good service.

App is shocking , tried the boost pay and ended up on a credit booster that they charge me for .
Utter scam like most financial companies

Resolved my issue, although only thing I don’t like is payment can be taken at any random time during the day/night. My payment was taken the day after not when it said. Customer service takes a very long time to answer. But once they do, very helpful.

Michael from SteadyPay was amazing from beginning to end!
He highlighted I had signed up for the incorrect section of the app and supported me to apply for cash wave app and navigated the process with kindness and patience which resulted in me being approved for the loan service!

Legal scammers?
My owed advance was paid off on the 29th January - they did not send me a receipt of repayment - Pockit did. And yet they have charged me again on the 19th February for another £50, VIA A CARD PAYMENT?!?! I NEVER gave them my card details, so how on earth have they charged me in this manner?
This company are scammers and they SPAM yo with emails. DO NOT TRUST. COMPLAIM IMMEDIATELY AND REPORT TO FINANCIAL OBUDSMAN.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting 3 days for a reply to my update on complaint.
They know that their system is at fault for the problems I experienced and now seem unwilling to investigate and taking long time to reply.
