When I first started using steady and would complete as booster I’d be paid within a few days now I’m waiting months for boosters to never show as complete or for them to show as complete and never be paid steady has become a complete waste of time.

I never received my Yotta bonus. I also keep getting error messages everytime I try to select gift card payment b/c they won’t connect to my PayPal for reimbursements…except my PayPal clearly is connected because they are tracking money going in and out of that account.

Tried contacting customer service and never heard back. It’s been a few weeks. I don’t understand the point of this app.

Update: It’s now been 60 days and I should have received the bonus by now. Customer service said to wait this long, but didn’t address the PayPal issue. I sent a FixItNow email as a response, but given all these complaints maybe the hashtag should be #DoYourJob

I have used Steady for a few years on and off. I have completed 9 boosters. 7 of them I have received my completed email within 3 days or so from me finishing each booster. When I would receive the email I could count on the booster hitting my account usually within 1 business day. Until August anyways. I completed two Boosters in August. August 12th I completed the Novo Business Banking Booster. August 15th I completed the Upgrade Banking booster. Its now October 17th and I haven't received either. I have been promised by Joe in customer service that they are coming. At the 30 day mark he informed me I needed to wait 60 days. At the 60 days mark he told me he reached out to his partners directly and I would for sure see the payouts last week. I still havent seen them. I guess this is where I give up. I shouldn't have to beg and reach out every 30 days to support just to get pushed out further and further. At this point I don't believe anything I am told. I am writing this to warn anyone else who might be thinking this is a good way to make a little extra income. Its not, atleast anymore.

What does the red dot above a pending booster mean?

I have completed one of the income boosters months ago and I still have never received payment. I contacted them and it took almost two months to reply just to inform me they are experiencing a back log and they have no idea when I will be paid. I am really unhappy with this app and I would never use it again.

UPDATE: After posting this review they finally did pay me. I am happy to be paid but I don’t think I would use them again after all the trouble it took

I have completed 2 of the income boosters and i have yet recieved any earnings for it. its been well over 2 months since i completed them. waste of time. i keep contacting support for them to tell me high customer volume. i havent heard anything back in 2 weeks!!!!!

At first they were great their support would get back to you promptly and get your issue fixed. Now i have been waiting on help for 3 weeks for an issue with no payment on booster which has been marked as completed. Before i would get my reward before the booster was marked as completed. I have only received the normal email saying that they received my request and someone will get back as soon as possible. As said that they are experiencing higher then usual support requests. But not to receive a single reply in 3 weeks is not a higher then normal support requests. I have worked help desk support and
support tickets and if we had a ticket asitting in my que or the departments que for a week that has not been touched at all there would be hell to pay. We would be lucky if we only got chewed out by two senior technology executives. It didnt matter how busy we were. I would imagine if we had tickets sitting for 3 weeks they would be firing people probably eventually would fire everyone in the department as new hires came aboard. There is a serious issue in support if a support request has been sitting for 3 weeks and no one has touched the request

I havent seen a single dollar from this app. The boosters pay you their reward but no money comes from steady itself

The app claims to make good on boosters but I ve never seen a dime from the app . I can say the companies that they advertise for have paid .

LIERS THEY SAY THEY WILL PAY BOOSTERS AND THEY DNT IV BEEN HAVING PROSSESSING BOOSTERS FOR MOUTHS..NEVER GOT

It’s a good app it helps me alot

I really like the app and the services and opportunities it provides but sometimes it’s a little complicated or convoluted and sometimes I miss out on things because I missed it and I’ve already completed the initial sign up so I can go back and fix it

Overall, the concept of this application is amazing! You can organize how you like, and do the activities that interest you. The platform has many offers and you can make a steady buck doing thing you already do.
