From the outset the communications were very clear leaving no doubt as to the contract. The staff at all aspects of the work were friendly and approachable. We were more than happy with the quotes and at the end of the day it’s the quality of the work that counts. A wholly pleasurable experience dealing with this company, from start to finish. They had been recommended by a friend, and we were not disappointed in the least. Very friendly & professional people throughout the process. We are very satisfied with the quality of the new windows, and also the replacement units we ordered, and the fitting process was as easy as you could hope for. Thoroughly recommended!

Great improvement to the house
The work that has been completed is great.The only issue is at times, is the suppliers have not always sent the items ordered.
All the staff who have been at the house have been brilliant.

Good honest well done job
From beginning to end clear communication and pricing. The men that attended to measure, price and fit etc were appropriate, respectful and clear communicators. I felt no sales pressure at all, as was only getting a patio door and there were other doors and windows that needed updating but having explained that I just needed the patio door, this was immediately respected. Great job done and a good price. Thank you Staywarm Energy.

Good genuine advice when getting quotes. Great communications throughout the process. The fitters were great and of course the end finish is of excellent quality goods and aesthetically - well all the compliments from neighbours friends and family not forgetting the courier! I had 2 front windows fitted yesterday, the fitters were friendly and professional, their workmanship was 1st class, they cleaned up all the rubbish and swept up the path too, couldn't fault them, would highly recommend

Windows install
Tom came on time, worked all day, did well. Tidied up at the end , no mess , windows look exceptional now.
Came back 2 days later to finish a bit of cementing. He checked we were happy with job. Very happy.

High quality products with great service
High quality end products with a very helpful, professional and clear level of service throughout my few months using Staywarm to provide a range of products for me including sealed units, sliding doors and replacement windows. I had several phone calls with them, a number of site visits including by Martin who owns the company, to ensure things were just right. Products are backed by guarantee and proper registration. Whilst not the cheapest company they do provide VFM with the level of quality of product.

Excellent service…
Nathan the fitter was very efficient and tidied up after himself couldn't do enough for me went out of his way to help fit the new window sill he was very polite. I discovered a problem after he had gone it only took one phone call to the office and they came the next day to rectify it fantastic service.
