Bed Bug Issue – Very Poor Handling by Management
I stayed at Kula London (8 India Street) and unfortunately experienced a serious issue with bed bugs in the apartment.
This resulted in around 25 bites, requiring medical care, as well as additional cleaning and precautionary measures after my stay to avoid bringing contamination home. The situation caused significant discomfort and had a clear impact on my stay.
A refund for the nights is currently being processed. However, no compensation has been offered despite the consequences experienced, and communication from management has remained very limited.
Overall, this reflects a concerning lack of responsibility and support when dealing with a health and hygiene issue that directly affects guests.
I do not recommend this hotel at all.
