Appalling experience with this company

Appalling experience with this company. Firstly, they falsely advertised the facilities at the accommodation we booked. Secondly, they said it was pet friendly but then his pet restrictions deep in the T&Cs. Finally, when we spoke to them to try to arrange an alternative, they were rude, patronising and greedy - keeping as much money for themselves instead of doing what was fair. I would strongly recommend against using this company.
