I must say this company is fantastic! I ordered two wig caps, which are very good quality but unfortunately they were too small for me (I must have a large head!). I emailed the company asking if they came in larger sizes (which I don’t think they do, unfortunately) and they refunded me for both without hesitation. I had to provide photos, which is fair enough and which gave them a laugh but I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I had never bought a wig cap before so wasn’t sure of the sizing so if you have a larger head maybe take a measurement before and ask if they think it will fit but apart from that, I willingly give them 5 stars for the wig caps and their customer service.

I have been fighting to get my money back for 5 months now. Keep getting fobbed on. I've reported them to FB trading standards here and USA but not heard from them.
Steer clear absolutely useless

I ordered the orthopedic trainers couldn’t wear them as very narrow they said can’t return as I got the size I ordered, I have been arguing over a month on a daily basis that the shoes cannot be worn by me or any of my family as they are so tight ,trading standards say not fit for purpose then I should be able to return, I paid 19.99 And they want to give me £5 back I am still on to them daily for a return label, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

They don't deserve even this 1 star. Waited 5 weeks, and though I had a code for 15% off, my credit card statement showed the amount taken as being 10% more than stated on my confirmation e-mail. No explanation received after having e-mailed. The ''Orthopaedic'' trainers were of a worse quality than one would find in the cheapest of shops anywhere. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! They're no doubt having a jolly good laugh whilst raking in all of the money from honest unsuspecting people like me and the rest of the reviewers. As the saying goes ''if it seems too good to be true.......''

The website looked legitimate, the products are very poor quality would never wear them, got wrong size sent in the first instance wouldn't refund sent replacement, again wrong size, numerous emails back and forth, no refund offered to give me £7.00 for my troubles, advised to wear thicker socks, so rude, please do not fall foul to the website

Like previous reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Trainers took nearly two months to arrive. Cheap and very tacky and certainty not what is described. One trainer badly damaged. Offered a replacement which l declined. Totally ignoring my four requests for a refund. So a call to credit company is my next step.
Please like the others say do not buy anything from this company. Customer service doesn't exist.

I paid £21.99 for these 'so called 'orthopedic' shoes which are nothing less than cheap plastic that I will not give room to in my house. I wanted them for my holiday but they arrived too late. One of the shoes was marked. I sent photographs to the company who claim to "really want to help" and was offered a refund of £2, which I rejected. The offer was increased to £3 then £5 both of which I rejected and asked for my £21.99. They said I would only get a full refund if I posted the shoes back to China which was going to cost me £16. If I had known they were coming from China, I would not have ordered them. I will give the shoes to a charity shop and forego the refund which of course is what they want but my dealings with Miss Olivia have been extremely negative and I want no more to do with these people. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Omg i have been ripped off too.
This company should be taken off the website and not allowed to rip off and deceive customers.
They do not reply to my emails about returning cheap dusgusting dangerous unworthy trainers. I really wish i had read these reviews first instead of waating my money on trash.

One star is even waaaaaay to much,false advertising cheap horrible glue stinking shoes DO NOT BUY this rubbish £24 of my hard earned money down the drain…………furious

Stay away from this and any other company offering cheap walking shoes. They are made in china or there abouts. If you like wish then these companys are for you.

Absolutely stay away from this company, claim to be selling top quality items but that really isn't the case, the shoes I have received are shocking in quality and far from what is advertised, company refuse to take responsibility for the item and claiming u received what I ordered which is a complete lie... don't waste your money unless your happy with WISH quality items but at a more expensive price.
