The quality of the items and the price were fantastic. I loved the little extras that came with my purchase, especially the little teddy bear! I also appreciated all the little details that went into packaging my purchase-- it was fun and exciting unboxing!

The tracking was convenient, and the package arrived on the expexted date. They also included some cute extra's which I loved! The only unfortunate thing is shipping, which is a bit expensive.

Stationery Pal is so easy and efficient to use. I had no trouble ordering anything, and it came so quickly! Plus, there are so many freebies that come in the package and a they give you a discount code and a handwritten card when you order!

I am always happy with the stationary I receive it is good quality and usually arrives in good condition. However this is the third time ordering the lucky scoop as requested by my daughter and this is the third time watching her disappointment at not getting to watch the scoop video that is promised with the order. I feel somewhat cheated. I will not be ordering another one.

Really unhappy with the fact that postage is now so expensive and the amount did not show up until after payment went through. I have emailed multiple times immediately after asking for my order to be cancelled yet this has been ignored
