Ordered products that never arrived in the timescale. Never received any tracking numbers or responses to my mail and call.

AVOID

Ordered chairs 1st April - totalling £400 - chairs never came. Left them numerous voicemails never answered. Lots of emails a few they replied to promising me refund have yet to receive a refund 2 months later.

We ordered 3 whiteboards, but only 1 arrived. It has been over a week of trying to contact them by email (auto reply says 3-5 days) and phone (seems not to be monitored). Have also tried Facebook, but no joy there yet.

I ordered some inks for my new printer on 13th April. I emailed them on 29th April as still not received.
I have since emailed, private messaged on their face book page and rang several times. An answer machine message says that the lines are not always monitored.
No communication at all and its now 6th May.
Absolutely disgusting service.... would not recommend at all!!!
Not sure of next step and think I may have been scammed out of £130.46. Will need to order more inks as I have run out, so it is going to cost me again.
Terrible company!!

We ordered a printer at £131 on 28th March, it was marked as dispatched on 29th, no tracking information was provided, no order was received, on request for tracking information we didn't receive a reply for 2 weeks, the phones are not answered & email replies take weeks.

We ordered elsewhere which arrived in less than 24 hours and opened a PayPal dispute, this dispute was left to PayPal to look into to refund us, Stationery packs couldn't even do that.

The email signature of replies stated Perfumes of London, which seems unprofessional at least and suspect at most

No notification upon spending over £400, phone lines aren't monitored and they don't respond to emails. I'm going to have to go through my bank and PayPal for a refund. I wouldn't trust the site.

I appreciate the consistency of the products, and the timely matter in their shipping.

I placed an order at the end of February and received notification that it would arrive within 3-7 business days. Three weeks later it has not arrived, and I have had no response from email enquiries. I've not been able to find a contact phone number either. I am hoping that they will get back to me soon, however lack of communication is concerning and I would not recommend ordering from them at this point.

I acquired a printer from them in February and it still hasn't arrived. I tried many times to contact them on the phone with no success. It goes straight to the voice mail. They barely reply to my emails, taking usually over a week to get a response.
I've got to the point that I'm very convinced I got scammed and lost £100. Stay away from this store at all costs!

I have spent nearly £4000 with this company. Goods have not arrived. I have called (always goes to voicemail) and left messages. I have emailed. I have filled in the website contact form. No reply to anything.
