The web address is stationerygifts but the shop name seems to be Squid Ink. Found this company by searching for the product I wanted which they had in stock. I ordered as many of the item as was available & then was forced to make an account as there was no way to checkout as a guest. I checked out then received email confirmation but 3 days later I received another email cancelling the order because the items were now out of stock. I then emailed the address on their website asking them to close my account since there was no point in having it. A couple days later having heard nothing back (including no auto-response to the email) I emailed again, this time with a query about the refund as I realised that the cancellation email said the order was cancelled but not refunded. I also emailed via the contact box on the website stating that I had no replies & would be requesting a chargeback from my bank if I didn't hear back by a certain date. I had no reply but the money was refunded the date before I gave them.
Their social media hasn't been updated since 2020 & most of the items on the website are out of stock. They do not communicate. Avoid at all costs.
