Statik has come a long way in a short amount of time. When things are shipped out of Illinois in the States orders come quickly. If they come from overseas it literally can be a month!

Quality products
Products we ordered were all received timely, in good working order and continue to be working well. We re-ordered a charging cable and tips as we were pleased how well they worked. The only thing to suggest is to make the case for the ear buds easier to open. Both of us have a hard time getting it open. A slightly roughened edge might help

I actually rate this company less than zero. Horrible company overall, horrible communication, horrible customer service, horrible product cheaply made. I like to never got my product, tried to cancel it within a day or so of ordering and customer service would not get back to me until it was too late because they finally shipped it. They contacted me after I posted a negative review, wanting to get the mess straightened out and it ended up they did nothing. Such a dishonest company (WARNING... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GETTING TANGLED UP WITH THESE PEOPLE) Every time I see one of their advertisements I write a review warning people to stay away!

I own and use two (2) of the Statik cables and ends with Android fittings for my tablet and cellphone.
My GF is forever having issues with a standard cable coming unplugged from her phone so I bought her a "kit" as well and now it is all she uses to charge her phone during the day.
I'm sold. If there is ANYTHING I would recommend, though, is to allow consumers to buy JUST ONE SPECIFIC CONTACT for their particular need instead of having extras laying about and being wasted, to say nothing of being charged for items you have absolutely NO need for.
The extras are a waste of money and resources, if you ask me.
Otherwise, color me HAPPY!!

Shipping Issues with Order 295953
Order #295953. Like many others, I saw the videos on FB and YouTube of how great this product is so I bought into it. I even paid extra for the upgraded version with the charging mount. Well like others have mentioned the website says 1 day to process order. 6 days later and still no product shipping update. Its still processing. Reached out to the email and got a default AI response no real human, giving an apology and excuse. Now im ready to just cancel the order and contact my bank for a charge back. You cant say 1 day processing on the website and six buisness days later still have no update. The website listed the product as in stock so its not like i missed a back order notification. Would love to talk to a real human from this company and not AI programmed to feed me excuses.
Update: The phone number attached to website is bogus and disconnected the phone number on the Facebook page belongs to a trucking company. The poor receptionist their is being flooded with calls from angry customers like myself, whom are ordering and getting no products from these crooks.
