Great Support from Eddie

I recently bought a monitor from Statedrives, and overall, the experience was great. The delivery was on time, just as promised.
We did run into a small hiccup when the payment was initially rejected, which was stressful at first. But Eddie, our account manager, handled it amazingly. He stayed on top of things, kept me updated, and worked with his team to get the issue resolved by the next business day.
Big thanks to Eddie for turning what could have been a headache into a positive experience.

Was a good transaction until it wasn't...

I spoke with the company directly. The product and price and quality level was agreed upon. I was invoiced for my purchase, which I paid. Days later when no product showed up I contacted them. I was informed that they did not do their internal testing in advance to completing the sale and requested additional money. In this situation a good business would substitute an equal or better product because of their internal mistake or lack of preparation. State Drives did not do this, even though a suitable product replacement was available. Good business prevent problems. Great businesses handle the problems with class when they arise. I can not recommend State Drives and caution you against dealing with them.

This company is garbage, spend money elsewhere

Tried to purchase a kit of DDR5 ram, order went through, after a few days of no shipment email I contacted them to check the order status, I was then told my order had not been processed or fulfilled due to a "glitch" on their website not showing the "correct" price. I was then informed the correct (gouged) price was over three times the advertised price and they would fulfill the order if I agreed to the higher price. Do not purchase from this company, if a specific component starts to rise in price and you happen to order it before they raise their website prices they will tell you to get lost.
