Support was helpful in the end after initial worries
Edit:
I removed the negative review I gave earlier.
Once I was contacted by customer support via email, everything went smoothly and I have now been able to activate my code. The customer service was also very friendly once I reached them.
The only reason I took 1 star away was because I did not appreciate the AI chatbot experience at the start. It was not helpful, and I felt that I had to escalate the issue to receive any genuine support from the company.
