I ordered 3 sets of plates/cups/etc. for a party and paid $32 for priority shipping (which says 1-2 days). A week later and the items still hadn't shipped. I contacted the shop and was told it takes 10 days just to process then another 1-3 days for priority shipping (an extra day than stated on the website). After a lot of back and forth, I was promised a full refund (which I have in writing) the next week. It's been 2 weeks and I've had to dispute it through my credit card company. Don't waste your time or money ordering anything with them.

Really good service.
The Danish postal service threw my package away and on the same day I contacted startrekshop.eu, they offered me the money back or a new item sent free of charge. Great service.
(However, the Danish postal service found my package after a long time).
All in all, a good experience with close and fast dialogue.

No update since placing order over a week ago. Emails go unanswered, live chat no one is ever available, Had to rise a dispute with my bank

(NL) Ordered on Monday received on Thursday. (was so surprised it arrived so quickly). Zip up hoodie is printed on Gildan, which is what I see in a lot of band merch T's so decent quality which I'm used to. Very pleased.

I love the product! It took a week (standard shipping)but there were a few updates and my item came packed safely. The quality is great. I wish they sold Star trek wrapping paper too.

Please be aware that some Articles are shipped outside of EU (e.g. US) which leads top import Tax (e.g. in Germany 19%) plus service fee of the shipping Agency (6€+x). It is not transparent which Articles are sent from where, so you are unable to calculate final Costs. Customer service does not Care and sends only Standard Texts, feeling not responsible. Therefore cannot recommend even tough Articles are fine. But since they are 99% non exclusive do yourself a favor and Order somewhere Else where final price is transparent.

Orderd a kahn funko pop twice (two different orders) while stil in pre order.
Got nothing. They can't deliver.

1.5 months later and not a single word about my order. Tried reaching out twice, got stalling answers both times with 0 update about the actual order. Supplier issues etc.
Such a shame, I really wanted the items but had to start a PayPal dispute at this point. I'm disappointed that the Star Trek name is associated with such bad service.
