I booked the Leopard Trail Hike on the 22nd March 26 Discussed the booking with the agent who told me the hiking club who took the other spots were happy for me to join. The Booking confirmation was sent through to me while I was away from my office. I then received a phone call exactly two hours later saying the hiking club have now filled the spot thus they are cancelling the booking they offered me. In my view we now had a contract both verbal & in writing.

They should have explained to the hiking club they had already filled the vacant spot with a client but chose to cancel me instead. I will not be rebooking with them and will share my experiance with my fellow hikers.

I have kept my booking and phone logs to show people absolutly shocking service. I hope this local hiking group keeps them busy treating others in this way will not grow a business.

Initially tried to book but they were inefficient poor at responding and arrogant and rude, to the point of not being able to meaningfully make progress. Unfortunately I ended up blocking them to avoid abuse from their operator. Awful people I wouldn't trust with a can of tuna.
