Ordered a +1000euro cleaning robot with replacement parts. Only replacement parts arrived. Nobody is available, several telephone numbers found are all out of use. Feel scammed!

Edit: the biggest error was by bpost, the guy was too lazy to dive in his van and find (the huge!) package and came back later, to make matters worse their helpdesk kept pointing to the seller because two packages would mean two shipping codes and we only had one.

Still only four stars as startbuy is not reachable by phone and calling the number still costed 1 euro, should be illegal to ask my ney for a helpdesk.

i have been asking for a copy of the invoice through the online contact form - no reply after a week and have tried the phone number about 10 times they never answer.....**UPDATE ** the company contacted me and provided me with the info I needed.

We've encountered an issue with a robo vacuum which we purchased through Startbuy.eu on Bol. Within a couple of days of reporting the issue, their team arranged our return label, guided us through a final troubleshooting, and shipped a new vacuum our way— all of this in under 1 week!
