When you try to end your subscription, they ask you a lot of questions (you can't answer all) to proof it's your account. There is no unsubscribe link on there website. For me it's completely not transparant and a fraud. Don't buy!!!

Star stable is an amazing world, packed with quests and the whole world of Jorvik to explore. The graphics are the amazing ( Compared to all the other games i mean look at roblox ) I joined around two years ago and loved it i never got star rider. A year later i made a new account got three months star rider had the time of my life with my friend. Me and my friend both got lifetime star rider on the same day had so much fun spending star coins getting everything we could from the bonus shop. It was an AMAZING day. I am here as a Level 19 and love the game. What else do you need apart from: Lots of quests, an amazing world of jorvik, Lots of chance's to make friends and you could train, join a club IT HAS SO MUCH GREATNESS.

I really recommend this game as a bonus you get weekly updates and 100 Star coins per week. There is no need at all for the hate. People who hate do you know how to make a game? PROBALY NOT so don't hate at sso when you have no clue how to make a game.

Star stable online is a great game! It is a online game primarily aimed towards ages seven and up and is an entertaining game which has many, many quests.

This game is free to play up until level five, though this is often critized by other players- it makes sense, it's only a free trial of the game to see if you enjoy it and if you do there is an option to pay for 'star rider' which lets you gain access to all of the quests and the full map.
Though, every game comes with its own issues, those include; the chat filter- the chat filter has had many issues, from banning people who had not said anything offensive or inapropriate to more recently the chat filter being abused and some players being able to use profanities. This isn't great considering SSO is advertised as a family friendly game- to add to this it is quite difficult to report players as there is no in game report system- of course it may be abused though constanly having to email the support team becomes tedious. The only other 'problem' could be that the game is quite expensive. Asides from this- star stable online is a great game which provides hours of entertainment and fun! I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys games with an interesting quest line, or anyone who likes horses!

Please hear me out star stable; my daughter has been watching this game in YT all the time(once she stayed up to 2AM watching it). I realised she should get an experience. I logged her in, downloaded the game and as soon as we did so GUESS WHAT!!! the first thing we see is an "ADVERTISEMENT" telling us that if we become star rider we get access to BLAH and BLAH and BLAH. I TRIED to ignore it BUT literally everything my daughter tries to do has to include the words "BECOME A STAR RIDER". looked deeper into this and realised you had to pay 53.00 to get lifetime SR. I didn't buy it because I thought that my daughter would still have fun. The real BUMMER is that there is a HUGE map out there and the non-star riders only have access to WHAT? fort pinta and moorland? seriously it's only like 2 to 3 places they can visit. SO I bought her lifetime SR. eventually she finished all her tasks and and started taking part in the races that she hasn't completed yet. AGAIN she finished all her races bought as many horses as she could THEN WHAT!?!?!?! SHE FINISHED EVERYTHING!! THERE IS NOTHING TO DO IN THIS SO-CALLED GAME!! she also tried buy as many horses as she could BUT star stable add horses wayyyyyyy too fast. ALL OF MY DAGHTER'S HORSES ARE AT LEVEL 1 BECAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE US TIME TO LEVEL A HORSE. I like the fact there are updates BUT NOT THE FACT THE "POP" UP ONCE A WEEK!!! THAT IS TOO QUICK. at least twice a month. that would give us enough time to level up at least 1 horse. I also wanted to mention how non-star riders are getting pushed out. the least you can do is to give everyone access to the whole map. As you know my daughter had the experience and she HATES it. I feel those who aren't star riders and trust me it doesn't feel good at all. also when my daughter wasn't a star rider and had finished all tasks she didn't have anything fun to do. the only thing that she COULD do where the same old boring races and daily things that she does everyday. if the non-SRs finish all their tasks then what is there left to do. The literally only walk around. WHAT TYPE OF GAME IS THIS?? SERIOUSLY!! I rated it 1 BUT if I could I WOULD RATE IT ZERO!!! DON'T LET YOUR CHILDREN PLAY THIS ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE GOING TO BE A NON-STAR RIDER BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

IT DANG SUCKS

We have been star stable subscribers for my child for nearly 4 years. Never had a issue, spent 100 hundreds of US DOLLARS on this game for star coins etc...my kiddo has backpacks FULL OF ITEMS WE PAID FOR AND OVER 30 horses, which cost cash, over three weeks ago and now I reported to star stable by email that my daughter was having issues with the appearance on our end. We went and had our computer checked and we play other games on the computer with no issues. I have emailed their customer service center over 20 times and always have only gotten some generic auto reply that they’re working on it. I’m not one to put a poor review but the customer service we have received has been very OR extremely poor. So if you’re looking for a customer service when you have issues with the game portal I would not recommend this one. It’s very disheartening two little ones when they’re trying to play a game and we see no progress from the MAKER to fix a problem. If their headquarters was in the United States I would definitely file a consumer report against this company for poor communication!!! To email a company over 20 times and not receive a reply it’s just not good...

Do not touch this game!! My daughter forgot her login details and trying to get Star stable to reset is unbelievable!! We have provided so much proof of her account but yet they still won’t reset the account. She has spend lots of money on this game, and yes she should have remembered her logins but on a new pc she forgot. Game makers shouldn’t let this be so complicated. Enjoy the game but get very aware of you have any issues Star Stable will not help!!

Star Stable is an AMAZING horse game that people sometimes take the wrong way. Yeah sure, it cost money, yeah sure the chat is a little weird. But SSO spends SO SO SO much time on the game, for crying out loud they have their own music! And its not all bad being a non star rider. Use your imagination! I personally think people who dislike star stable, are silly and have nothing better to do! Also for the people who complain about getting 100 star coins a week, if they give you any more, star coins will lose their value! Therefore prices for horses will go up, then no one can enjoy the game!

I started playing Star Stable in 2013, of course the game has majorly changed! In 2013, the team would give out occasional free star rider to give members a trial on membership ( you need this membership to unlock 90% of the map ).

Let’s jump to the good parts of the game;
We have over 100 horse breeds to buy & train. We can buy so many new clothes & tack items. Weekly updates.

Now the bad parts;
Chat is not a nice place, there will be players using profanity’s against other players & the chat sensor will block NORMAL words but then allow calling someone “fat” or “ugly” etc, there will be players making sexual romance role plays which is absurd as the audience aim is young children.
Pricing, horses can cost around 1000 star coins (you NEED to buy star coins unless they give out free codes which is super rare), clothing can also cost over 100 star coins a piece.. The prices to buy star coins have gone up a significant amount compared to 2013, you now need to spend at least £40 in order to get 5000 star coins which compared to the price of horses and clothes, really isn’t much. Paying for membership, you NEED this membership in order to explore the whole map, unlock quests, buying new horses and to take part in the weekly updates, membership can be seriously pricey costing £65 for a lifetime membership which you only get a 100 star coin weekly allowance.. The team charges you so much and gives you so little in return.
Reporting someone, in order to do this you MUST log out of the game, load the website and contact support, which 90% of the time you NEED evidence. A reply can take up to a week and then NOTHING will be done about the player you reported. The team also do NOTHING about hackers as they believe the game is hacker proof (it’s really not).
The game is FULL of glitches that take months to sort, the most recent example is when they bring out a new horse, older models that you have BOUGHT will be broke, either their legs will be completely twisted or they won’t jump high enough to jump fences etc, the team still haven’t done anything about this despite complaints were made 6 months ago..
The horses that are bought out are only worked on for 12 weeks, coats are mirrored, gaits are not representing the breed, proportions are COMPLETELY off, this is stupid considering they are charging you 980 star coins for a broke horse..
The team do not listen to players at all..
A game this old that is based on horses and there isn’t even rugs or dressage..
Players will go years without new quests as the teams priorities are set on making new horses that we don’t need.

Overall, do i recommend star stable, no absolutely not unless you have millions of pounds you’re willing to waste on broke pixels.. Please do not waste your time or money on this game

I think this game is amazing. Yes there are a couple of bugs here and there. Many of people say it’s a money trap. All games around at the moment are so yeah. If you love horses, doing races and having fun with friends! You should get star stable. People talk about the players but star stable can not always find ways that players swear. So that is not star stable’s fault.

I've been a player for about 3 years, it may be abit pricy, people think you have to buy star coins even as a star rider, but that is totally optional. The bad reviews don't make much sense, and are mostly trollers who don't like horses. It has updates every wednsday,a nd sure you may not like Every. Single. One. But it stays going week after week, and they're usually quite different. I think star coins, star rider, ect. are totally worth it. I actually met a now very good friend on there. People get mad about the new filters, but its currently in beta, so it's changing a lot. I would totally reccomend this! Also, in quarantine you can still give people in your family, or friends a present if they play star stable. The gift cards are a great addition, so they can get some star coins as a gift!

I am very fond of the game im level 17 and i love the quests especialy the Main quests but there is one where you need to go to new hillcrest but i havent unlocked it yet im not complaining im going to keep working by doing quests to unlock it if your looking for a horse game i will give you some examples of things you can do
1)Do fun things in this game you can make friends

2)questing questing is nice but i would like for you to add more quests im saying this for the starstable team because for level 23s or 22s it will get boring so if you could add more main story quests i would love it and i bet if i asked 1 million level 22s and 23s then they would say they love it to thanks

3)The ways to chat there are multiple chats say,global,club,group and friend i think in settings we should have a option to black out any rude words or people that curse thanks

4)instructions i think there should be more instructions like if your doing a quest and your confused you can say in chat "?Help/quests or /help/controls,/help/chat,/help/clothes,/help/tack and stuff thanks this was for some people that get confused

My daughter likes the game very much.
The quests are very simple and do not build cognitive skills.
I would not make this review if not to complain about the business model of StarStable.
It is impossible to progress in the game without continuously paying real money to purchase game-coins.
In other game, you usually get both model: either you work a lot within the game to get the game-coins, either you pay.
Its a money trap, deliberately made to be a money trap.

hello im 14 yaer old and i played star stable for 3 years but i never got the life time and when i did go to get it it would not let me get into my star stable and i was sad so i staoped playing star stable i even did the custemer soport thing but they did not do thing

i like this game in general. but i dont like that tehnical support team doesnt do their job properly. if they cant track any unauthorised actions its mean their not properly trained . twice for last 2 weeks on my child acc was twice stolen star coins. and someone get access and buy horses. we wasnt in at all. we was away and noone could log in for us.but star coins gone. someone hacked account for sure but they said no its impossible. exuse me, where is my star coins then, why stable in different spot, why i have 2 horse which i didnt buy? and its talking omg to long for reply. Star stable please hire MORE PEOPLEEEEE. and educate them better.

Joined, invited by my daughter so she could get the bonus Snowy Owl when I hit level 10. Level 10 has come and gone and she never got her Snowy Owl. Reached out to Customer Service with NO answer. It's really unfortuante.

About a year ago, I was introduced to star stable. When I first joined the game, I thought it was pretty cool. You could ride horses from various breeds, explore an amazing world and make new friends. However, there are a couple of things that really disappointed me about the game:

1) The game is ridiculously pricey -

To unlock the whole game, you must pay a price of £53, which is ridiculous when you compare it to other games such as minecraft, which is much more popular and better quality. Furthermore, the prices for star coins are hysterically high, the highest price costing £40 pounds for 5000 star coins which is moronic! Also, if you are a star rider in the game, you only get 100 star coins every weekend which is a very little amount for £53 - A complete waste of your money!

2) People are extremely rude on this game-

In my experience of playing Star Stable, I encountered rude people on the chat, and one time I was playing, I witnessed a player call another player a swear word. This, I was shocked to see in a game meant for children. However, it is not all bad as Star Stable does try to filter out rude words from the chat, I just think there should be more restrictions on what people say.

In conclusion, star stable is a fun game. But is it worth blowing your money? No. Could star stable improve? 1000000%
