Shocking customer service. Dont trust this site

This Company are pretty much summed up by all the unhappy punters before me. I have come across some bookmaking vermin over the years but I beg you under no circumstances invest or open an account with these despicable people. Pretty much a lot has been said but the in the coming days I shall demonstrate that to open an account with these "bandits" will be probably the biggest bookmaking mistake you will ever make. My refusal of going to their Cheltenham luncheon which was declined at the last moment because I told them I didn't want to be uncomfortable in the Company of parasites who do many dishonest things a bookmaker with credibility would be totally ashamed of however this outfit try to just justify their disgusting behavior. Example, they advertise Live Roulette. Live Roulette is when a male or female physically pick up the ball for all to see and set the wheel in motion. These Charlatans change the roulette to "Auto Roulette" still under the heading Live Roulette whereby the ball say sitting in 0 will just fly out on its own and the wheel starts spinning on its own. This is most absolutely not Live Roulette. They ignored the email for over a month and when I confronted them again, they justified it with a load of hogwash demonstrating such dishonesty it made me sick to my stomach. Live is Live , there is no GREY area as these Charlatans decided to invent. I declined their luncheon today because I said they left a sour taste in the mouth. Their reply was to close the account. You will have problems if you deal with these. There are so many more honest Companies. This is one Absolutely to avoid. I shall be adding more examples as the days go by.
For the record my account is if the said name but email address has an added 2 digits , so an 02 after my name.

When you are dealing with vermin, it's best to keep everything factual. I repeat DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PARASITE LYING CHARACTERS.

I asked you this afternoon to settle a miserly £100 withdrawal early which I withdrew in error. I thought, no, why should I have to re deposit another £100 because you were too stroppy to correct an error I made just for me to have a footy bet.

I haven't been happy with you recently on a number of issues which I refuse to go into again. I just think your moral compass falls far far too short for my liking.

This year I broke tradition and accepted 2 seats at your table at the Met Bar. After some very very hard thinking and 20% being recovering from Covid. (Clear now).

I have decided because of many issues you just justify I don't wish to be a guest at your luncheon because I don't think I would feel comfortable in your Company. If I am gonna blow my bit of money in style , I want to do it with a day that I normally can't remember. I turned down two other invitations at luncheon tents but now I have reinstated one of those offers. As I said this is not about one thing in particular it's a profile build up which has left a rather sour taste in my mouth .

I would like to give you as much notice so you are able to fill the spaces on the table but I need to know I am amongst at least half genuine people not just a bunch of parasites . I hope you have a good Gold Cup Day next week as I surely will.

two weeks ago I made three withdrawals and so far I haven't received anything I'm waiting one more day and go to gambling commission first they said the fault lies with the bank and now they don't answer e-mails at all they just don't want to withdraw money

Opened a new account. Deposited, played and then made 2 withdrawals within the hour which were then paid within an hour. Exactly as it should be.

What people say is true its a shocking online betting site been waiting two weeks for a £100 withdrawal there has been to many bank holidays was the excuse.

Not a bad website, live streaming and stuff offered. Big big let down is the processing time of withdrawals, most bookmaker firms are instant these days, but you still have to wait the best part of a week for your money from star sports. If they improved on that, it would be a 5 star.

Avoid this site, I read all t&c and joined because of promotion offering fre match bet up to £50 , I bet £50 but no free bet , I'm them told the free bet was put on there site that I signed up on by a 3rd party. They then suspended my account.

No, I don't work for them. Well laid out website with a good selection of games that seems to be increasing. Customer services quick to respond and payouts are very quick. No issues at all.

Seem "grumpy" on chat,site feels like its run from someones garden shed,the negative comments lead to me closing my account as to many people saying the same thing.

Joke firm tried to have my first bet £300 @ 10/1 in a 72 dog stake offered me a £150. Ben Kieth may lay a bet on course and act like Johnny Giant Nuts I lay a serious bet but his firm they really are two bob.

Terrible customer service and they just don't care. Avoid.

using the "you've self-excluded yourself" so you cant withdraw money which was deposited that very day which wasnt used saying its been sent to charity?! aye the crooks united charity! I have sent complaint to IBAS hopefully they can sort my complaint!
