Dear Mr. M Allende,
First of all we would like to make clear that all feedback is welcome since it helps us improve our customer service. Yet we believe that in your case there is a misunderstanding. We offer gift wrap service but not personalized cards with private messages. These are two totally different things. You did pay extra for gift wrap according to our terms and this is what you received. We DO NOT include any other service. We are sorry if you are disappointed but next time make sure that you read carefully all terms and conditions. We would also appreciate if you gave us feedback on the quality of products, communication and punctuality.
Best regards
The StarShaker Team
