Very bad agent John hennessy asking for bank password fraud agent very bad service

I make a payment in starpunter app in feb 1 rs 2000 it did not add on my wallet because of server issue after complete payment i try to add but didnt add on wallet my money 2000 lost plz dnt trust this fraud

yesterday night i bet a cricket match 1100RS and profit 946rs totaly 2046Rs .money not received in my wallet my freinds are received I'm only facing this type of issue,i complaint 15+ times livechat,gmail,telegram but they say maintanenance,investigation not solved my problem customer too worst for service.they didn't help me.i try to connect again and again they block my chat,i try different mobile and laptop login to connect for chat.
