The website won't even load for me. I've already tried turning my phone off, using another site, or charging it, and it works for my friends, but not for me.

i got hacked for using this website. im sure it steals your card information too. Using these sites are bannable and after i bought a Bet dragon i got hacked and lost all my pets. AVOID.

Can’t withdraw my money, support ignores me!

Review: I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds from StarPets for a whole week, but the transactions don’t go through. When I contact the operators, they ignore my messages or just ask me to write in Telegram, but nobody responds there. Everything used to work fine before, but now this is really frustrating. I hope this issue gets resolved soon!

hi, i bought a vias gift card to use for this website (just to be sure) and then put in the code, typing everything correctly, but it kept saying that it was incorrect. so we just left it for the day and went to bed. but the next day, tell me why my giftcard had NOTHING on it as i didnt spend it at all?

Its a scam do not bother , i tried to withdraw and they cancelled my withdrawal i tried contacting support but its all gpt.

The platform has generally been satisfactory. I have been selling on it for several years. However, I experienced an incident in which funds were withdrawn from my StarPets account without my knowledge or authorization. This made me realize that the platform offers inadequate support for sellers. I would have been able to cancel the transaction had there been any accessible support channel, but none was available. Even their live chat was offline.
Approximately $700 was stolen from my account. What makes this even more suspicious is that the transaction was initiated at 9:00 AM, and by the time I checked my account at 11:00 AM, it had already been completed. This suggests that the transaction was processed and approved almost immediately.
What is particularly frustrating is that the platform takes a significant cut from every transaction made by sellers, yet it fails to provide adequate protection or reliable support in return. Sellers are essentially paying substantial fees without receiving the security and assistance they are entitled to. If the platform profits considerably from its sellers, it should, at the very least, invest in robust seller protection policies and responsive customer support to safeguard their interests.
As a recommendation, the platform should implement stronger security measures for withdrawals, such as two-factor authentication (2FA) or email verification codes that must be confirmed before any withdrawal is processed. These additional layers of protection would help prevent unauthorized transactions and give sellers sufficient time to review and approve any outgoing funds.

its really good and i never got scammed BUT the only reason its not a 5 is because sometimes it takes SO long to get the pet. I waited 20 mins for ONE egg ): But besides that its a good website

I ordered on starpets only once and it went fine but now I'm scared to order because they use GMpays which apparently isn't trust worthy and can block your cards and I sadly can't pay with anything else :(

starpets is a good app over all got my free pets from the wheel of fortune! you might get band though so you might want to use an alt for this but its legit!

i bought a gamepasss for vip in brookhaven and i did not get it.the seller confirmed it as good trade but i didnt get anything it was a scam i didnt even press the button to confirm i had everything.i want my money back and i need help on how to give my cash back i didnt get anything and want my money back the seller didnt even add my roblox user and it scamed me. can i please get my money back

Starpet does not let you cash out as they keep giving you errors. Only use this site for buying pets and you can sell pets but don’t expect them to give you money. I tried to withdraw money to my PayPal but every time I do it processes for some hours but then shows an error. The only error here is that starpets refuse to pay up. The support chat always responds but once I bring up this topic they just ghost me lol. Great site for buying pets though no doubt about that.

first couple of transactions with putting money into the account was fine UNTIL this thing decided it wanted to STEAL £4 off me. i am NOT happy with this thing whatever it is it’s so dumb and idiotic and needs to give me my money back right now because it’s very rude.

This shitty website pays people to write good reviews and to spread lies that it works. I've seen a lot of people showing an footage of getting scammed by starpets and why would u need to give your bank info to them? So they can steal al your money. Do NOT buy from this website, they hack your roblox account and bank account. + They delete bad reviews so wil this review prob also get deleted by those pathetic little gooners.

First time trying the app and already don't like it. I keep trying to put my money in but every time I try, the payment fails for whatever reason. I know this isn't because of insufficient funds and all my data is correct. Honestly not worth the hassle and risk.
