I never had such a bad experience. Once landed we did wait outside and call this agency. The girl was super rude on the phone. Three shuttles came and ignore us. I did cal again, and the girl on the phone said it was our fault we did not catch one of them while the truth is people ignored the queue as the agency. After waiting 35 minutes, another shuttle came. While approching it, we have been pushed away and my child was hit. I can't believe it. Together with another family with two children.

This is the worst parking place in milan malpensa airport, very very rude, not helpful at all. Came in early flight made us with a little child wait for more 30 min in cold and called them 5 times and he was really rude over the phone....we travel a lot and I will never park at this parking place again.

My experience has been ok, both for parking and car cleaning. But noone speaks English (or German). That would help a lot, since for non Italians communication with the parking staff is really hard.

Other than that no problems; and a big thank you for helping me with a problem with my car's battery.
