Terrible! Ordered, email was received confirming order day or so later then nothing. Contacted a number of times explaining it was a bereavement gift in attempt to get some sort of clarification my order might be delivered but nothing! No communication received at all! Fortunately refunded by PayPal. There are plenty of positive reviews on their site ... all several years old which should have been my warning.
