Absolute frauds!! Company quick enough to take money but then don’t stick to promises. If there was a 0 star these would be bang in that category embarrassing to say the least. You will be promised that the money has been sent back to you too and even given have you chasing your bank like your the issue, the issue is that you never refunded it! Obviously cowboys, more chance of getting bit by a Daffodil then getting what you paid for

Horrendous company to work with, doesn't stick to any promises made, doesn't refund you when he says he will refund you and looking at the reviews below you can clearly tell they aren't real 5 star reviews each 1 has only made 1 review and it happens to be for starlyte, more like starsh**e.... Do not use this company, instead take your money and burn it on a fire outside your office, you will get a better outcome!

They stole £3,000 and then lied that they processed a refund. They have had months to sort this out and are now ignoring phone calls and not responding to communication.

Paid for solar appointments and they not only failed to deliver as promised but then failed to refund and now avoiding our calls

This company is nothing short of a scam. BEWARE!!

Ewan approached us with bold promises, claiming he could "guarantee" 30 pitched appointments or offer a full refund. After two meetings discussing our needs, target regions, and how the process would work, we trusted his word and paid an upfront fee of 3K.

However, it quickly became clear that Starlyte couldn’t even handle a basic API integration to deliver leads into our CRM. Despite his grand assurances, Ewan failed to provide us with a single lead.

Now, we find ourselves locked in an exhausting battle to recover our money.

Ewan makes grand claims, as listed on his website:

“GUARANTEED RESULTS OR YOUR MONEY BACK! When you work with us, you can expect at least 30+ ultra highly qualified appointments with homeowners ready to invest. Plus, we’ll support you with systems to turn these leads into major revenue. If we don’t deliver, we’ll not only refund you fully but also reimburse all your costs to say sorry.”

These statements are utterly false!

Since then, Ewan has completely disappeared—he's ignoring our calls and messages after falsely claiming to be processing our refund. We’ve now been left with no choice but to file a fraud complaint with his bank and payment provider.

When you engage with Ewan at Starlyte Agency or inquire about his services, you’ll quickly realise that this so-called "marketing expert" (as he amusingly referred to himself in one of our calls) has no clue what he’s doing. If anyone needs more information on this awful experience, feel free to reach out!

Ewan and Starlyte doubled our commissions and took us from 100kpm to 300kpm. Highly recommend!

So far I have been working with Starlyte Agency for a little under 3 months and I have to say, I am impressed.

At the beginning when we were signing on with Starlyte, we were sceptical as we have had a lot of bad experiences with agencies not performing, no communication, over promising and underperforming, the list goes on!

However, very quickly we learned that Will and Ewan were not like our other experiences we had. They had a easy streamlined process for our onboarding detailing everything that they needed from us and that we were going to receive from them. We had constant communication daily and 20 minute videos sent to us weekly to go through the campaigns, results and any questions that me or my co-founder had.

They over performed on the amount of appointments we were guaranteed and there has on been increase in our second month of appointments.

We are just about to sign on with them for another 3 months. I can confidently say that they are a great agency to work with.

Ewan helped us double our bottom line in a just few weeks, even after having doubts of it not working in france. Nothing to say except thanks 🙏
