Very efficient company to deal with.
The company answered my inquiry quickly and by the afternoon I had agreed to having my windows installed within a month they were in, and I can honestly say that I was so glad that I chose them. The team of 2 Carl and Luke arrived promptly and were very professional and polite and cleaned up extremely well.

Replacement Windows and Door - An Excellent Experience.
In normal circumstances, a significant expense for a home improvement such as this would normally follow a personal recommendation or personal experience. We needed a prod to trigger our much-needed window replacement, and when Starlite contacted us, we thought we would obtain a quote and have a listen. As it happens, we had a good warm feeling about the company from the initial sales visit and follow up calls. We undertook due diligence by contacting a recommended company, and that same comfort feeling surprisingly wasn't there and we decided to go with our gut and requested Starlite to undertake the required installation. The lead time was very quick, and we were given a date which suited us, and it was kept to despite inclement weather that was set upon us. The fitters were friendly. trustworthy and completed a superb installation. The longer term after sales is yet to be experienced, however we have a high degree of confidence and would therefore highly recommend the company for replacement windows, and potentially the other home improvement offerings if our experience is anything to go by.

Spacious modern look with benefits
We are very please with the new windows. I already see a difference in terms of temperature fluctuations, but they make the space look bigger somehow which was an unexpected bonus. Still early days but no issues and their team was communicative and friendly.

Professional and thorough from start to finish
Given the scale of task and the style of our windows, we were somewhat apprehensive to make the switch to new windows but given the end result, we're so pleased we did. The team at Starlite were fantastic at putting our minds at ease, cross-checking each and every minute detail (throughout the entire process), ensuring a like-for-like finish, with the added benefits and major improvements overall.
When it came to installing the new windows, the fitting team were incredibly professional and thorough, taking their time to ensure that each and every new window was perfect. The team were also very considerate, ensuring minimal disruption to the household throughout the entire installation.

I had all the windows in my house replaced. It was a big decision but at no point did I feel pressured into using Starlite. They were patient and professional and Oliver answered all my questions and kept me informed. Aaron carried out the survey and went through what would happen during the process of fitting the windows. They work with a specific team of scaffolders and when on site, they all worked together to make the job seamless. Everything was tidied and cleaned up at the end of the day, they even washed up! I am absolutely delighted with my new windows and cannot praise the whole team highly enough. Lovely people to work with and I feel very lucky to have found them and have already recommended them to my friends.
