Starel are great but be aware
Starel bring both good and bad:
The good: great products and a decent prices, excellent craftsmanship.
The bad: lead time can be huge. If your product isn’t in stock then you can be waiting 5-6 months to get your items. Customer service is friendly but unreliable, if you want to get in touch be prepared to fire off an email every day and they might reply you after day three, don’t expect a quick turnaround at any point.

Beautiful tiles, great delivery experience
We ordered marble tiles from Starel stones on 2 occasions. The tiles are stunning so we’re very happy with them.
What also added to the experience was Ryan who delivered them both times. He took such care unloading and delivering the pallet and no tile was damaged during the delivery process. In comparison we refused delivery of another large marble tile company because all their tiles came broken. Thank you Ryan!

No confirmation
Just placed an order for floor tiles after already getting samples and writing a good review on here about the sample process. However now I’ve ordered, I have received absolutely no confirmation of order, no delivery scale nothing. Just a blank email and one to review. I hope this isn’t how the order means to go on. I was a bit anxious about ordering after reading reviews on here so fingers crossed they send a proper confirmation of my order soon. I have would expected it to be an automatic thing as soon as the order was placed.

one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with
Ordered a vanity unit from them with an expected delivery of 4 weeks. It took 9 weeks. Extra delays incurred us extra labour costs too, not that they cared. When delivery was finally due I asked for a photo of the top as I just knew the company felt so incompetent that mistakes would be made. They sent no photo and instead delivered someone else's marble top. They did nothing to compensate for this mistake. Communication is the worst I have experienced from any company. I confirmed via phone that I ordered a splash back and they said yes but nothing turned up and they tried to make me pay another £400 if I wanted one. Didn't want to give this company a penny more so I am left with an unfinished product. The marble could be nice but it arrived scratched and damaged and the company don't care to reply about it. AVOID this company if you want to save yourself months of stress and financial loss.

With regard to the splashback, this was not included as part of your original order. Our team offered a very generous discounted price as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, we are unable to negotiate beyond our agreed pricing or provide additional products free of charge. While we always try to help where we can, there are limits to the level of discount we can offer on items that were not originally purchased.
We appreciate all feedback, and we're sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations. Our team genuinely worked hard to assist you throughout the process, and we wish you all the best with your completed project.
