I will never go back , I'm upset at my for going back. Wasting more then just time ,
Zero to none communication about anything from the process to the cells to what I was being taxed on from the eye exam to the upsell that's all I heard about but I didn't hear what else did you carry and how did you carry it what was the process Knowing I went there before about 4 years ago thinking the process got better I gave you a second chance and obviously that came on the short end of my end because I left out walking out duped as in I spent almost $600 for absolutely nothing but a prescription and exam and to be told that my glasses won't be done or in into two weeks so but she was more than sure to sell me another pair even though I told her all I wanted was a single pair with a just an exam and if I needed a pair cool and if I didn't eat the pair amazing for the price that I was paying you would think I saw an ophthalmologist and I had eye surgery at this facility but since it was just literally an exam and a pair of glasses mind you I told the woman I just needed a prescription I did not need lenses or glasses but she said they were free I didn't see anything free I still end up paying for them so definitely some false advertisement or she definitely didn't clear that up for me All I heard was she was trying to make that sale I would never waste my time I would definitely never tell anybody to go there I would definitely tell people to not waste their time or their money and I paid out a pocket didn't use any insurance so to think that I thought I was so do you say going to leave out a happy camper definitely disappointed Debbie here.

I was able to get eye exam, two pairs of glasses, and out of the store in less than hour, I will say my vision was good enough.That they had the lenses in stock.Thank you very much for a great job.Well done

Your manager has anger issues. You employ deceptive advertisement. I'm one and done! I will never go back to any store where the so called manager yells at me across the store.

I had a great experience with the staff at Stanton Optical. Very pleasant and personable. They took the time to make me feel important, not rushing although I could see they were busy. Excellent.

Everything is extremely expensive and some of the techs or office people are rude.

Jami was very helpfull and friendly and helped a lot with figuring out options with frames and what was available she taught me why some things work for my eyes and why some dont awesome people will be back for my next pair

Customer service was great! It was awesome to be able to get the glasses same day. I was happy with the selection of frames within the price range for the $79 deal. I was able to get one pair for distance and another for reading, which I wasn't sure that would be an option. So, something to consider if trying to stay in the $79 deal.

I’m happy every time I go in there the people there are very nice. They make me important.

Jennifer (Jen) was amazing. I’m in my early twenties and I’ve never had glasses before. I had absolutely no idea what to look for or what direction to go in when it came to glasses, and Jen truly helped me more than I could’ve even asked for.

I had to return my first pair of glasses two days after getting them because of the fit, and Jen was completely understanding and helpful with helping me find a new pair. I’m a person who has extreme sensory issues and a hard time speaking up for my needs, but she allowed me to feel completely comfortable with doing so. I hope she continues to work in this field.

I went to a North Miami location for eye exam,which was fine l. I was diagnosed with astigmatism and now i have to wait over 2 weeks for my glasses (2). When I received the notification for pickup, I was told the lab sent one to Beaumont, Texas and the other one in Miami where I live and did my exam. Never been to Texas. The glasses I'm waiting for is my main glasses which cost me over $570.00 and really felt uncomfortable to even go back in the future.. No explanation given,the staff were so unapologetic about it. They told me they will mail the reading glasses to me,who knows when I'll get it now...so disappointed.
