Cheapo!!!! Cheapo!!!Last time I got two pairs of glasses…
So I got glasses a couple years ago two pairs were under $100. They were great. I’m still wearing one of them so I thought I’d get the same ones again and they looked Hella cheapo. Apparently there was a promotion to get the anti-glare coating and the first time that’s what I got. So I wrote a review saying that it’s horrible cause it’s so cheapo white shit all over them. After writing my review, they called me up and said hey will give you the anti-glare coating that way you’ll have what you had before. So I went in there to do that and the new lenses they put in were cheap too. I mean, they don’t even fit the frame. They bulge out they just look cheap. You think you guys service would get better overtime I really thought they were gonna take care of me, but they just ended up giving me more cheapo lenses that might not have as much glare but still it’s not what I expected and their qualities going down, no explanation by the way. I do commend them for trying to make it right but when they tell me I was going to get what I got before. I thought I was gonna get what I got before and that just simply wasn’t the case. Definitely gonna find another place and you should shop around too.

even thought one on the machines kept stopping and resetting the technician didn't lose it and that was helpful enough i am a veteran with ptsd and her staying calm helped me stay calm

The staff was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and really seemed to like their job. All the staff that I encountered were smiling and very personable. There was no pressure to purchase a certain frame they showed me many options and were very patient with me while I decided. They all deserve a raise. They had lots of frames to choose from, lots of equipment to check your eyes, was able to walk in and get served, was treated well and glasses came in on the exact day they said they would.
