Terrible service
The worker that was in there was extremely unprofessional. Making comments to my kids like if you do that I’m just going to laugh at you. Felt so in comfortable the entire time- should have just walked out but was desperate as I really needed new glasses the same day. The lady held onto my insurance CD card and wouldn’t give it back until we paid for new glasses and contacts for me. Cost almost 500 dollars and she tried to over charge me, luckily I asked to see the items. Prescription doesn’t even seem to be accurate and when I mentioned that something seemed off about it I was told that it had to be right and it was just me adjusting to it. I have worn glasses for nearly 15 years and never had as many problems as I am having adjusting to a prescription. Was charged for contact fitting without actually given contacts to try or have fitted. She ran things through multiple deals claiming to be getting me a better price when in reality I feel like she was trying to get the most of my money. Ridiculous that if you use insurance none of the deals they have like BOGO or free eye exams can be used. Only cheap if you don’t use your insurance. I’m pretty sure I paid way more just because I used insurance instead of their “deals”.
