When I first made an appt with the Dr…
When I first made an appt with the Dr with the rep I got there and it was telehealth instead of the Dr in-house as requested. I did the telehealth against my better judgement and had to go back for an appt with the in-house Dr. The second appt was a bummer since I’m 60 minutes away in Coweta, outskirts of Wagoner. I did order contacts after the second appt and got a lot more deep info on my eyes that are not in good shaped and I loved the in-house Dr. She actually truly cared. I bought contacts suggested and they were not in stock so I wait 10 days to get them in. The prescription arrived in early and I drove to pick them up and was told not to open the box until I try the trials which did not make it in yet. So I’ll have a third drive there to pick up my trial contacts. Just crazy… if it wasn’t for the in-house Dr I would not likely not be back.

Went in and had my eye exam done and…
Went in and had my eye exam done and when they put my prescription in the flipped the prescription and when I went back in they told me I would have to come back and have my eyes reexamined. But when I picked up my glasses she told me to wear the a week and I told her at that point something was wrong and she told me to just wear them on rested eyes . I’m not dumb my vision was blurry right off the bat. That’s not right!so I just requested my money back.

Staff very professional, but extremely long wait times even with appointment. Perhaps it’s due to being a Saturday, but a better scheduling system and walk in acceptance/infusion in between appointments needs to be worked on. Pushing staff beyond their limits and making wait times of hours is poor business practice. Either hire more staff for Saturday or only do walkins during weekdays, something needs to be figured out.
