I was a little apprehensive when I realized it was a virtual exam, but after dealing with Marco and his staff I was very comfortable. I bought 2 new pairs of glasses n had new lense put in my pool glasses. I needed the pool glasses Monday night n Marco made it happen. Couldn't ask for better service or friendlier people to deal with. Thanks!

Had an issue with my lenses turning yellow. Lenses were replaced; it cost me 92$ but I have new glasses. Also went from progressives to line bifocal glad I did.

They could treat customers better keep there word and not only exam people's eyes like a true eye doctor when picking up eye glasses make sure people can see out of them before letting them leave, thank God my mom is wise and asked me not to drive with those blurry glasses or we could have been in an accident would not recommend this place to anyone went to get a refund and was only given a percentage of it back they kept money for the eye exam bad business place !!!!!!!

First tele-optomerist appointment in over 25 years of wearing glasses. The staff in person and virtually were friendly.
However, it seems like the same day service and 2-for $79, 169, etc. deals are a bit of gimmick as they try to upsell you on certain features. Over $300 and almost a week later, to get glasses that seem to have been made with the wrong prescription because they feel like drunk goggles and at one point I thought I was seeing 3D with some text. The lenses have some hanging plastic fragmentsand one of the frames has a scratch like it came from a machine. I went back to return them today but they were closed, despite Apple Maps and Google saying otherwise. I am hoping they will help me tomorrow because I can’t drive around town with distorted vision. Again, I had no problem with the staff. They were lovely, but I just don’t feel satisfied with my glasses.

The information that was sent to my inbox said that my glasses were ready to be picked up. Bit,low n behold only one pair was ready for pickup and the other one was lost in transit, or,just sitting someplace else. It was very inconvenient to keep going back to pick up another pair, when, they were exactly the same prescription. Should have been delivered together. Oddly enough, I had to ask for a glass case both timesthey we're not already ready to go,as the text messages said that they were. Plus, every sign in the place says BOGO,which I assumed was buy one get one free, but, this definitely wasn't the case. Even though they were identical frames and prescription. Which is click bait. Or,bait n switch tactics. The store needs to remove these signs cause it's very misleading. I did, however, like the new updated testing procedures and equipment. The IPad that I used to enter my information was on the extreme slow side n had to get help from the nice lady, who, had to upload it a few times. I thought it was odd. Thanks

I came in for reading glasses because I could not read anything. Just tried to upsell into Invisalign which I don't think I really needed I could have done regular bifocals but was giving glasses that are pure glass for distance they say but there's no difference in them the guy even looked them up and found out they were negative 50 on both. My parents were eye doctors that's nothing more than glass. If I wanted to pay $80 for glasses that don't need absolutely no good I could have gotten readers from the dollar store at least 80 pairs. Brought this up with the people running it said this is what I ordered just put words in my mouth and other things. Really not happy with the service at all my girlfriend got glasses at the same day. Hers do her no good and give her a headache so we paid a total of $160 and they're both worse off than we were when we started.

The young lady who "helped" me wasn't nice but i was there to get a prescription and glasses so i accepted the situation. I will say the second time i came to get my final pair of glasses the gentleman who helped me was great! He was very nice to me.He treated me like i mattered.
