Crystal treated me with warmth and care. I was a first time customer walk-in, but Crystal greeted me like she was happy to see me. She explained the eye exam process and helped me to pick glasses within my budget. I am grateful the customer service and the product as well as the thorough exam

I brought my 10 year old (w/ her younger brother in tow) daughter for a new pair of glasses. The Store Manager was so sweet and amazing. As a Store Manager myself, it was so refreshing to see someone carrying passion for what they do the way she did. We will absolutely be back and thank you again for being so inviting. I did not like receiving an off-shore eye exam. The opticians in the office focus too much on sales and not on patient care.
