The young woman who filled our prescription was great. I wish I could recall her name, I do remember her saying she's from Oregon. She was knowledgeable and friendly.

When we picked our order up, however, it was a different thing altogether.
We got the notification before it was actually ready, which wasn't a problem. The problem was that, instead of explaining to us what was happening, they simply took our names(my husband and I came in together) and walked away! They were putting my glasses together while we waited but didn't tell us. On top of that, my husband's lenses came in too large for the frames that he selected and had to be shaved down. That wasn't communicated either, until we had been sitting for about 20 minutes and my husband finally stopped the sales rep to ask what the hold up was!

I finally got my glasses but my husband had to wait an additional two days to get his because no one was on site at the time who had the skill to shave the lenses down to fit the frames.

I want to stress that the prescriptions were done correctly. We have had no issues with that at all.

The first woman made us happy to have chosen them and is the reason I rated them three stars. The pick up has us seriously considering whether we will be back when it's time to get new glasses.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They explained every process well and thoroughly. But they were understaffed so when they told me a 15 minute wait I expected somewhere between a 15-20 minute wait. Instead it was almost an hour. That is my only complaint otherwise great service and friendly staff.

Accurate prescription and quality glasses

I had to wait almost 2 hours to get an exam even while having an appointment. When i came to pick up glasses they told me over the phone they were ready and when I showed up I was told it was too early to have them dispensed.

Walking store hours, immediate appointment, two weeks turn around

It was a futuristic experience !! Highly recommended!! Great choices of frames!!

I could not be more satisfied with my experience then I am. I would recommend Stanton Optical -Modesto to anyone that I know and have already. The prescription doesn't seem to right i almost crashed once and my depth perception is not good. The glasses don't work in the dark unless there's light. Every thing is blurry except where there is light. I have been using reading glasses and I can see way better then th prescription glasses. It needs to be corrected or refund my money so I can go elsewhere

Everything is great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

One issue: I continue to have issues with the screws in my frames. The constantly back out and get lost. Was told it was a manufacture defect. But still need to go back to store to get fixed.

The wait is too long even with an appointment I waited an hour in a half just to get my eyes checked and still the eye doctor on the screen gave me the wrong eye prescription.so I had to make another appointment and again the same wait time

Waited almost 3 weeks they showed up wouldn't fit in the frames the bifocals were sideways yes not happy these are my work glasses now I have whear my 500 glasses to work and I'm a welder
