I’d live 30 miles away from Stanton…
I’d live 30 miles away from Stanton optical. They called me and said my glasses were in I had a total of five pairs of glasses and they told me that they were in, but only three of them came in. I would prefer a phone call when all of my order is complete not just half of it. The first initial encounter with the staff, I forget his name, but he was a terrific sales person always courteous and always wanting to help. I just a little upset that I had to travel the distance that I did to get my glasses and it wasn’t a complete order other than that I always go to Stanton optical because of the service.

I still do not have the correct pair
I still do not have the correct pair. My pair of glasses came with wrong lens in them, and its been over 3 weeks and still do not have them. Was suppose to get a call back last week and didn't . Had to call back again to talk to someone and they were waiting on a manager to sign off on new pair of lenses and still have no clue when I will get new pair or if I will be getting them... i hate leaving bad reviews but not happy nor do I have the correct pair. The eye doctor i seen was fantastic and the service was fantastic when in the store.
